Payment
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards, through PayPal.
We accept all foreign currencies, through PayPal.
PayPal is the safest and the fastest way to make an online payment.
Shipping
Your purchase will be beautifully gift wrapped and placed in a bubble envelope and sent 24-48 hours from receipt of payment (usually the same day). I ship using Canada Post. The basic international mail does not include tracking. If you require the package sent via Registered Mail, Insured or Tracked, a separate charge will be incurred by the Buyer and I will send an invoice through PayPal. I am not responsible for any undelivered international shipments if Tracking is not purchased. Please contact me for all international purchases outside Canada or US.
FREE SHIPPING for each additional item you buy from KapKaDesign. I will combine all purchases within a 7 day period to the same address at no additional charge. You are only charged the fee for one item with the highest shipping fee.
Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and you can receive a store credit upon the return of undamaged goods minus shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
Custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Sales on all earrings are final.
